Legal Assistance
Free and low-cost legal aid
The Fair Work Center is a no-cost legal aid clinic that works in partnership with Seattle University and the University of Washington. They educate, advise, and represent workers, especially those in low-wage industries. or those with lower incomes.
Northwest Justice Project assists low-income residents in Washington with a variety of legal concerns; they also maintain a free legal resource website – WashingtonLawHelp.org – with resources for common civil legal issues.
Office of Civil Legal Aid (OCLA)
OCLA funds civil legal services for eligible recipients.
Washington Wage Claim Project (WWCP)
WWCP dedicates provisions for legal aid to low-income workers who have suffered wage and hour violations.
